This is a great opportunity to play a key role in how we deliver impact to our clients—while growing your career in people coordination and operations in a truly international context. The ideal candidate must be highly organised, naturally dynamic, calm under pressure and personable. Strong communication skills are a must. This role is key to ensuring our project teams are set up for success by having the right people, in the right place, at the right time. The role will also support the assignment of external collaborators, working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the effective allocation of junior consultants for projects and workshops across Southern Europe and Latin America. * Coordinate with Project team leads to understand upcoming staffing needs. * Assist in assigning external facilitators from the approved BTS facilitator pool to workshops. * Track consultant availability, assignments, and utilization. * Maintain and update resourcing and planning tools and reports. * Help identify potential resourcing conflicts and escalate when needed. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of resourcing processes. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 2\-4 years of experience in coordination, operations, resource planning, HR, or project support roles (consulting or professional services is a plus). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. * Interest in people management, staffing, and consulting operations. * Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Italian and Portuguese are a strong plus. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel, and other planning tools. * Independent, a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility * Experience working with resource management or staffing software is a plus ( Salesforce). * The candidate must be authorized to work in the European Union on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship. **Personal Attributes** * Proactive and eager to learn. * Well\-organized and reliable. * Collaborative and service\-oriented. * Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment. **What We Offer** * A role with strong learning and development opportunities. * Exposure to international projects and consulting teams. * Hands\-on experience in resource management and operations. * A collaborative, inclusive, and people\-focused culture. * A hybrid working model, with 3 days per week working from the office and 2 days of remote work.
