We are looking for cooks and kitchen assistants for Albesa and Corbins. Cook responsibilities: * Prepare school menus according to nutritional guidelines and the educational center’s preferences. * Ensure correct execution of cooking and meal preparation processes. * Supervise the team and assign tasks. * Implement the HACCP plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety protocols. * Carry out controls and records to guarantee food quality and safety. * Participate in planning food orders and logistical coordination.
