Activities: The person will be responsible for engaging in dialogue with operators in the horticultural sector of the target market to understand their needs and develop improvement projects for their processing plants. Requirements: Good communication, interpersonal, and listening skills; Willingness to travel; Analytical ability, reliability, and precision; Clarity and transparency; Good command of Spanish and Catalan; Class B driver's license; Preferably, but not necessarily, background in the horticultural sector or in industrial machinery/production lines. Technical training and/or engineering studies will be considered an advantage. Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract
