What is your mission? The mission of the Global FM&S Analyst is to optimize the management of Maintenance, Cleaning, Energy, Gas and Water Supplies, Sustainability in Real Estate Assets, Document Archiving, Printing, Messaging, and other services—across real estate properties and other assets—in terms of cost, productivity, efficiency, and sustainability, ensuring business continuity, integration of ESG best practices, extension of asset lifespans, employee and visitor well-being, continuous improvement, and optimal cost performance. This position is based in Madrid, with a hybrid remote work and office attendance model. What will be your responsibilities? * Collaborate in the design, implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of a global management model for real estate-related services. * Develop policies, flowcharts, procedures, definition of key performance indicators (KPIs), technology solutions, and resource sizing required to support business operations. * Collaborate, coordinate, and negotiate with country-level real estate teams on all corporate-level strategies. * Prepare work plans and conduct ongoing follow-up with countries via schedules. * Collaborate cross-functionally with both Corporate and country-level teams, including Real Estate, Projects, Risk Management, Security, Finance, etc. * Monitor defined KPIs across processes and update the dashboard to serve as a tracking tool. * Collect and manage information and databases, ensuring data is up-to-date, structured, and of high quality. * Lead modifications and adjustments to information technology systems across various processes, aligned with operational needs. * Support the company’s real estate sustainability strategy, ensuring minimal environmental impact and employee well-being. * Collaborate in leading a diverse team of administrative assistants with varied capabilities, supporting their professional development and fostering an inclusive environment. REQUIREMENTS What are we looking for in you? * 3–5 years of experience in a multinational company, interacting with multiple departments. * Degree in Business Administration & Finance, Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. Experience managing large-scale, high-quality structured data and cost information in Excel. * Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, EAM, GMAO, etc.) is desirable. * English level B2 (minimum). * Initiative, proactivity, and autonomy. * Planning skills and attention to detail. * Teamwork orientation. * Systems thinking and customer orientation.
