Installation Manager Lleida - Huesca (m/f/d)

Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute through your work, ideas, and personality to the success of our service area? **What will you do in this role?** Reporting to the Installation Area Manager, as Installation Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and assigning tasks related to the installation of our products, managing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic role with a high degree of autonomy, involving direct communication with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, supervision, and development of the installation technical team under your responsibility. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Supervision, analysis, monitoring of project execution and installation results, and control of key performance indicators. * Reporting on achievement of invoicing milestones and collaboration in collection management. * Organization and coordination of material reception, including identification of shortages or defects. * Handover of installed units to clients or after-sales department, following the highest quality standards. * Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and site safety plans. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who we are looking for** -------------------- Do you have an organized work style and are accustomed to the digital world, enabling you to independently manage your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing your tasks quickly and successfully?
