The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. We offer: * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM during long weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), and short weeks (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). * Salary according to collective agreement (approx. €1,615 gross per month, paid in 14 installments annually). * Duration: Permanent position with an initial temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. Job Responsibilities * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements * Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles is valued. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace.
