Responsibility for management of assigned resources **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor – Clean Points Management (Menorca) in Menorca. **Workplace** -------------------- * Menorca Address: Tragsa office located in Mahón. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize, coordinate and supervise all activities required for service delivery according to site manager instructions, ensuring service quality and work performance. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators on specific tasks; prepare individual work schedules for each worker and clean point. * Ensure user data collection by service personnel and download such data for preparation of monthly reports. * Assume responsibility for service-assigned resources (vehicles, auxiliary equipment, etc.), confirming receipt and reporting incidents (breakdowns, maintenance operations). * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, the service’s risk assessment, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environment. * Draft and sign relevant work reports, and immediately report any occupational accident, environmental incident or anomaly occurring during service delivery. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an official FP II or CFGS qualification in agriculture, civil construction and building, electricity and electronics, or installation and maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * First Aid course and/or training. * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) – Construction Sector (60 hours). * Fire Safety course and/or training. ### **Prior Experience** * 6 months to 2 years’ experience in supervisory roles. * 6 months to 4 years’ experience in environmental and/or recycling sector companies. **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period opens today, 05/02/2026, and closes on 19/02/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
