A valid driving license (Class B) is mandatory. Responsibilities include land preparation, tractor operation, irrigation, planting of new trees, and harvest collection. The contract is indefinite-term and full-time, with a split working schedule: 8:00–13:30 in the morning and 15:30–18:00 in the afternoon. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
