Putting a personal stamp on cuisine based on local, high-quality products We are looking for a **HEAD CHEF** for the Morillo de Tou Vacation Center (Aínsa\-Ordesa area \- Central Aragonese Pyrenees). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Coordination and organization of the kitchen team, task planning, and shift scheduling \- Joint development of menu offerings, menus, and group services \- Inventory control, ordering, and recipe costing \- Putting a personal stamp on cuisine based on local, high-quality products **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Prior experience in this position \- Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork management skills \- Enthusiasm and eagerness to grow together within a beautiful project **WE OFFER:** \- Stability (long-term seasonal fixed-term contract – approx. 9\-10 months) \- Favorable working conditions (respecting rest days, working hours, etc.) \- Opportunity for performance-based bonuses \- Contract start: February 2026 \- Possibility of providing free accommodation.
