We offer **multiple vacancies**, both for **Machine Operator** profiles and for **Shift Supervisors**, who wish to grow within a dynamic, technical, and innovative environment. **What will you do with us?** * Supervise and optimize plastic injection processes, ensuring production stability and quality. * Identify and resolve routine equipment issues by adjusting injection parameters, robots, and peripherals. * Execute mold changes according to production scheduling. * Ensure adherence to the manufacturing plan within your section. * Collaborate on preventive maintenance tasks and breakdown repairs. **If you are a Shift Supervisor**, you will additionally: * Lead process startup, conduct mold trials, and implement process improvements. * Serve as the technical reference for resolving mechanical and production-related technical issues. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment and genuine opportunities for professional growth and development. * Technical training program on our products and processes. * Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and responsibilities. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in similar positions. * Higher Vocational Training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Robotics, Automation, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of plastic injection. * Additional experience in blow molding is desirable, as well as proficiency in office software and English.
