Our client is a leading company in HVAC services and products, part of a growing multinational group that prioritizes personnel training and development. In this case, we are looking for a Back-Office Engineer responsible for supporting the commercial team in installation projects. What will you be responsible for? * Calculation and sizing of HVAC installation projects (heating, cooling, domestic hot water production, and ventilation). * Preparation of installation quotations. * Drafting of schematics, diagrams, and CAD drawings. * Technical telephone support to customers. * Collaboration in the development and maintenance of the company's sizing software. * Advisory support on energy certification programs. * Direct technical liaison with clients for project definition. We are looking for a candidate with: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field * Proficient CAD usage * 3 years of experience in HVAC installation design and projects * Proactive and autonomous * Team-oriented * Problem-solving capability Growth project with internal training and people-oriented culture.
