We are currently seeking two **dynamic, empathetic, and people-oriented individuals** to join as **Socio-Occupational Insertion Technicians in the Rural Mapfre Itineraries Program**. If you are passionate about working for social inclusion and accompanying personal and professional change processes… **we want to meet you!** **Main responsibilities** * Promote, attend to, and select program participants for the training and insertion itineraries program. * Conduct participant onboarding, initial diagnosis, and definition of the personalized work plan. * Provide tutorial accompaniment and follow-up for participants, adapting the itinerary according to their needs and goals. * Refer participants to various program activities (training, guidance, intermediation, competencies, etc.). * Coordinate with social services, referring entities, and local stakeholders to ensure comprehensive follow-up. * Prepare and deliver training in basic, transversal, or employability-related competencies. * Work toward achieving the project’s objectives and indicators. * Carry out administrative and documentary tasks inherent to the program (records, reports, justification, etc.). * Participate in coordination and methodological follow-up meetings with the technical team. **Requirements** **Qualification:** University degree in the field of social sciences (Social Education, Psychology, Social Work, Pedagogy, Sociology, or similar). **Minimum experience:** 1 year in intervention projects with vulnerable groups, training programs, or employment initiatives. **Valuable complementary training:** * Equal opportunities and gender perspective. * Competency-based employability model. **Other requirements:** * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Residence in **Central Catalonia** (Osona, Lluçanès, Moianès, Bages, Berguedà, or Anoia). **Key competencies** * **Leadership:** Ability to lead teams, motivate, and ensure goal achievement. * **Organization and planning:** Efficient management of time, tasks, and resources. * **Clear and empathetic communication:** Conveying information in an understandable and respectful manner. * **Responsibility and autonomy:** Capacity to work rigorously and independently.
