We are currently seeking a **Full Stack Team Lead Developer (React \+ PHP)** to join a client in the **e-commerce sector.** **Work modality:** **Hybrid model**, with **2 days onsite in the office** and **3 days remote work.** **What will you do?** * Lead a development team of 4\-8 people, taking responsibility for delivery, quality, and technical evolution of the product. * Collaborate with Product to organize and prioritize team work: backlog refinement, estimations, and dependency management—including delivery timelines. * Act as a facilitator and blocker-remover: identify impediments and serve as a bridge between development, product, QA, and other technical teams. * Train and foster the growth of team members. Participate in hiring processes. * **Technical contribution** * **Backend with PHP (Symfony and/or Laravel):** REST API design, service-oriented architecture, automated testing, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and performance optimization. * **Frontend with React JS:** reusable components, state management, API consumption, testing, and best practices for accessibility and performance. * **Cross-cutting technical vision:** ability to make and justify architectural decisions, pragmatic technical debt management, and hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. REQUIREMENTS * Proven **experience leading development teams** of 4\-8 people. * Solid **full-stack development experience with PHP (Symfony and/or Laravel) and React JS.** * Experience with **automated testing**, relational databases (**MySQL/PostgreSQL**), and performance optimization. * Proficiency in **Git, CI/CD, and Docker.** * Experience participating in technical recruitment processes (profile definition, interviews, and onboarding). * **Intermediate/advanced English** (international environment)
