Its purpose is to contribute to improving how this subject is learned by providing resources, teacher training, and research to the educational community. Founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat serves 27,000 teachers from over 2,600 educational institutions across Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru—enabling more than 600,000 students to learn mathematics while fostering deep understanding and competency development. **Your mission** You will join our Content Team and play a key role in developing content for our educational offering. **Your day-to-day at Innovamat** * You will create teaching materials for educators in collaboration with experts in mathematics didactics. * You will review and improve existing teaching materials (teacher guides, student resources, presentations, video scripts, etc.). * You will coordinate with other teams to ensure teaching materials align with various educational levels. * You will collaborate with other teams—including illustrators, linguists, and layout designers—to guarantee the quality of created materials. * You will analyze how to adapt the teaching materials offering to other regions, considering each region’s specific cultural and educational contexts. * You will participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current with trends and best practices in mathematics education and educational technology. * You will visit educational institutions to test and evaluate the materials you develop and gather feedback from teachers and students to continuously improve. **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree in **mathematics, engineering, physics, architecture**, or a related field. * Affinity for teaching and the **educational world**. * Interest in the **didactics of mathematics**. * Strong **written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English**. * Familiarity with digital tools for creating teaching materials. * Time management and organizational skills for project management. * Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, along with capacity for learning and adaptation. * Curiosity, enthusiasm, and eagerness to keep learning every day. * Initial 1-year contract with possibility of extension **What can you expect from Innovamat?** **We aim high:** We set ambitious goals and work with determination and passion to transform education.
