We are closely linked to Barcelona, yet we project our Mediterranean identity internationally—in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our activity lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (pavements), and **Building** (architectural concrete). The selected candidate will be responsible for performing tasks inherent to the finishing process, such as moving parts, flipping them, and any overhead crane movements required for the production process. They will work under the supervision of the Finishing Department Manager or Section Head—or, alternatively, the Team Leader—and in accordance with applicable rules and procedures. They will support finishing operators during the finishing process, as directed by the Finishing Department Manager or Section Head—or, alternatively, the Team Leader. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following stand out: * Perform all movements of parts and associated elements within the finishing process. * Assist in finishing tasks requiring intermediate-level knowledge of sulfating machines and grinders, under the supervision of the Section Supervisor and following provided instructions and training. * Execute work to achieve required quality standards for part finishing, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Production Manager. * Identify quality deficiencies in parts and report any incidents to their supervisor. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations—and collaborate with supervisors in doing so—including proper use of PPE and maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Assist in other production tasks if deemed necessary by supervisors due to organizational production requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in their designated work area. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a benchmark in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan. We are looking for a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum two years of relevant experience. * Additional qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
