CNC programming: Knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g. G\-code) to set up and operate machines. Use of measuring tools: Proficiency with instruments such as calipers, micrometers and others to ensure part accuracy. Material knowledge: Familiarity with various materials used in machining (steel, aluminum, etc.). Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other team members in a production environment. Attention to detail: Precision and care in performing tasks to ensure part quality. Problem solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the process. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to different types of machines, materials, and work shifts. Computer skills: Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and ERP systems is valued. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts or special schedules.
