Collaborate in agile and dynamic teams Almato Iberia in Spain or Remote **Job Description** -------------------------- At Almato Iberia, we are looking for a **Web Developer with advanced English proficiency**, strategic vision, and solid experience in developing modern and scalable interfaces. If you are passionate about creating high-end digital experiences, mastering technologies such as **React, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI**, and leading innovative solutions in agile environments, we want you on our team. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Analyze technical and functional requirements to design modern and scalable web applications. * Develop fast, maintainable, and well-structured frontends, seamlessly integrated with existing backend systems. * Implement efficient connections with REST APIs and WebSockets, ensuring clear and robust data communication. * Ensure code quality through unit testing, collaborative code reviews, and functional tests. * Participate in application deployment and maintenance, coordinated with DevOps and QA teams. * Advise on technical solutions and help select the most appropriate web technologies for each project. * Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers in agile and dynamic teams. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical qualification. * Solid proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Practical experience with React, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, and preferably Shadcn UI. * Familiarity with modern web standards, version control using Git, and REST APIs. * Desirable knowledge of Module Federation, WebSockets, and React\-Lazy. * Ideally, additional experience with Angular. * Problem-solving mindset, clear documentation, and effective communication. * Collaborative spirit, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for working in agile teams. * Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written). **Desirable Requirement:** ----------------------- * Advanced German proficiency (both spoken and written). **Salary:** ------------ Depending on experience and technical qualifications, we offer a salary range between 28\-45K. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Permanent employment contract. * Innovative projects and ample opportunities for continuous training and professional growth (Udemy courses and certifications). * **100% remote work in Spain**, with the option of a hybrid model at our offices located in the 22@ district (Barcelona). * Complimentary beverages including coffee, water, herbal teas, and juices, along with a weekly fruit service from Casa Ametller and a variety of snacks available in the office. * Excellent work-life balance with flexible working hours. * Optional private health insurance. * Referral bonus. * Employee benefits in collaboration with Banco Sabadell. * Access to a corporate benefits program offering discounts across multiple recognized brands, establishments, and leisure activities.
