If you seek a dynamic, flexible, and professional environment where your work directly impacts the company’s development, this could be your opportunity. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be responsible for advising and supporting our clients, helping them make optimal financial decisions and building lasting, trust-based relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: * Holding periodic meetings with clients to monitor their financial strategy. * Preparing reports and tracking each client’s progress. * Participating in acquiring new clients by contributing commercial initiative and identifying new business opportunities. * Supporting the training and onboarding of future consultants joining the team. * Technically and financially reviewing marketing team content (social media, blog, videos, articles, etc.) to ensure rigor and quality. * Contributing approximately once per month to the creation of educational content on investment and finance. **What Are We Looking For?** * Prior experience providing financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals or investor-profile clients. * Experience in unregulated investments (commodities, corporate acquisitions, cryptocurrencies, alternative assets, etc.). * University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * MiFID II certification (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain it. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility. * A proactive profile with initiative and customer orientation. * Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas. **What Do We Offer?** * Indefinite-term contract from day one. * Hybrid work model (3 days on-site at our Barcelona office). * Fixed annual gross salary of **€40,000**. * Variable bonus of up to **€15,000** gross annually, based on performance objectives. * Flexible working hours and a high degree of autonomy. * A rapidly expanding project where you can grow professionally at the same pace as the company. * A close-knit environment featuring direct communication, agile decision-making, and a team committed to people.
