Electrical Design Engineer (EPLAN)

Description

Job Summary: Design and develop electrical schematics for automated industrial machinery using EPLAN Electric P8, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and generate technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 for electrical schematics. 2. Experience in electrical design for industrial machinery. 3. Collaboration with automation and robotics teams. ### **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop electrical schematics for automated industrial machinery using EPLAN Electric P8\. * Prepare power, control, and switching electrical drawings in compliance with current regulations. * Define the electrical architecture of equipment, including selection of industrial components (PLCs, variable frequency drives, sensors, instrumentation, etc.). * Collaborate closely with automation, robotics, and mechanical design teams to ensure proper system integration. * Generate and maintain project technical documentation: bills of materials (BOM), single-line and multi-line diagrams, and electrical cabinet layouts. * Participate in technical project reviews and in the continuous improvement of electrical standards and solutions. * Provide ad-hoc support during machinery commissioning and resolution of electrical issues. * Design pneumatic schematics in EPLAN and integrate them with electrical systems (where applicable). ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in electrical design for industrial machinery. * Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 for developing electrical schematics. * Knowledge of industrial automation: PLCs, industrial networks, and instrumentation. * Experience or knowledge in pneumatic schematic design (desirable). * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. * Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
