Braun seeks to **hire a Procurement Trainee** to support the Central General Procurement team, gaining firsthand experience of how the procurement process operates within an international healthcare company. **Responsibilities:** * Support order management and tracking. * Assist in identifying and analyzing new suppliers, materials, and services. * Support price, delivery term, and basic condition negotiations. * Review and update product and supplier data in internal systems. * Support resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing. * Contribute to purchasing data analysis and report preparation. * Assist with administrative tasks in the department (filing, documentation, updates, etc.). * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes. * Collaborate with **internal engineering teams and architecture teams** to understand technical requirements, specific materials, and project needs. * Participate in document management and analytical activities related to **civil engineering projects, architecture, installations, and maintenance**. Facilitate communication between technical teams and suppliers. * **Requirements:** * Students pursuing degrees in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture**, or similar fields. * **Applicants holding vocational qualifications (CFGM or CFGS) will also be considered**, including: + *Mechatronics* + *Interior Construction, Decoration, and Rehabilitation* + Programs related to civil engineering, installations, or technical maintenance + Administration and Finance * International trade * Interest in procurement, the industrial/healthcare sector, and technical environments, civil engineering, architecture, or engineering. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * **Curiosity, autonomy, analytical ability, and eagerness to learn.** High level of English. * **We Offer:** An inspiring environment and benefits designed for your well-being, such as: * Paid internships. * Hybrid work model.
