Position Summary: We are seeking an Educational Technical Assistant for a residential care facility to assist with daily routines, provide supervision, and offer support to adults with intellectual disabilities, promoting their autonomy and well-being. Tasks are assistance- and education-oriented. Assist residents in organizing bedtime routines. Provide nighttime supervision and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed. Serve breakfast in the morning and accompany residents to the door of their occupational workshop. Working hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Work approximately half the days each month (alternating). Work every other weekend (alternating). Specific schedules to be detailed during the interview. Indefinite-term contract, 37.5 hours per week. Salary according to the Educational Technical Assistant collective agreement \+ weekend-work allowance. **Profile:** Punctuality and responsibility. Willingness to work night shifts.
