The vision of Power Electronics is to lead renewable energy generation and contribute to a clean and sustainable world for future generations. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Organize and prioritize tasks, assigning them to different team members based on urgency and importance, while monitoring task and associated project completion rates. * Supervise and coordinate various projects within the area, tracking progress and making timely decisions to ensure proper implementation. * Approve and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive actions), monitoring and reporting its execution rate. * Design and supervise the area’s performance dashboard (KPIs) as well as introduce new tools for maintenance management. * Manage interventions deemed critical and highly impactful for the company’s development and operations. * Monitor key plans and/or actions due to their criticality and impact on production line performance or availability, as well as on product quality. * Participate in the design and implementation of new assets within the company to ensure alignment with existing infrastructure and the needs of various departments. * Review budgets associated with new assets or maintenance projects. * Coordinate the commissioning of new assets at Power Electronics plants. * Collaborate in managing audits required for the maintenance area. * Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of direct reports. * Conduct a holistic assessment of team performance and effectiveness to identify training and management actions. * Carry out all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor—both those related to the area and those linked to other departments—to ensure proper workflow execution. * Comply with the role and responsibility matrix regarding occupational health and safety (P14\.130S\-F01\). * Manage attendance and/or absence control and review for teams under the area’s responsibility. **We are looking for candidates with:** * **Academic background**: Bachelor's degree and/or university degree, preferably in Technical or Industrial Engineering and/or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics. A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Operations Management and/or Logistics Management, Maintenance, or similar fields is desirable. * **Professional experience**: +5 years in similar environments and/or activities.
