**Job Mission:**
Attend to residents' basic daily needs with empathetic and caring emotional support, always ensuring their well-being.
**Responsibilities**:
* Adhere to the work schedule according to the care protocol for residents established by the Nursing Coordinator (postural changes, daily hygiene, etc.).
* Assist users in achieving personal autonomy and integration into the center's social life.
* Feed residents who cannot do so independently and supervise self-feeding for those who can. Serve breakfasts, meals, snacks, and/or dinners as instructed by your supervisor.
* Ensure proper hydration of residents at all times.
* Make residents' beds and collect laundry from rooms.
* Administer oral medication to residents as directed by nursing staff. Excluding in all cases specific high-risk medications such as opioids and others.
* Collaborate in the center’s healthcare activities.
* Coordinate and assist residents in moving to therapies or activities they need to attend.
* Supervise and tutor trainee students.

**Requirements:**

* Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Auxiliary Care, Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent People, or Vocational Training Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions.
* Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience desirable.
* Additional training in gerontology, food handling, or similar fields.
* Completion of training courses related to the field, as well as complementary training promoting Equality, will be positively valued.
