The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: * Administration of Windows, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022\). * Configuration and maintenance of Active Directory (AD). * Administration of DNS, DHCP, GPOs (application deployment, security, * Configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of domains, forests, and trust relationships. * Management of users, groups, computers, and organizational units (OU). * Implementation and management of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security, environment configuration, and application deployment. * Knowledge of DFS (Distributed File System) for shared resource management. * User and permission management. * Network management and configuration. * VPN. Your Role The primary duty of the Professional Client Service Engineer is to ensure stability of clients as well as deploying standard apps to users. It’s also to ensure additional required software is available for relevant users. By client devices we refer to: PCs, smartphones, tablets and printers. The Professional Client Service Engineer (PCSE) works as administrator in the management systems for these client devices, currently MS Configuration Manager and Intune, as well as Printer management systems. The role of Professional Client Service Engineer will report to Global Client Services \& CSD lead.
