**Job Description:** An opportunity for a Logistic Operational Specialist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Cádiz. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The main tasks of the jobholder will be: 1\. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities \- Design and implementation of the optimized distribution solutions. \- Support AOS maturity development by providing inputs. 2\. Coordinate \& monitor Logistics activities \- Attend logistics SQCDP meetings. \- Escalate issues impacting Logistics and/or Production activities. \- Collect new needs from other functions \& inform with Production about Logistics impacts. \- Understand and analyze KPI’s to anticipate issues and improve distribution flow from HUB to Point of Use. 3\. Adapt Distribution solutions \& ensure data management \- Distribution solutions adaptations if manageable at his/her level (physical \& information flows). \- Ensure maintenance \& creation of logistics data, flow cartography \& inform impacted functions. \- Provide advice and assistance to the shop floor in order to upskill them on physical flows issues. \- Create work specification in case of new activities and follow them. 4\. Manage \& prevent logistics disruptions \- Curative, corrective, preventive actions in their scope of responsibility to improve performance. \- Perform or contribute to Practical Problem solving (PPS). \- Perform first\-level IT maintenance by following troubleshooting procedures and maintain regular contact with the support team. 5\. Manage Logistics means \- Ensure the appropriate use and monitor inventory of specific logistics means. \- Contribute to design and maintain the specific logistics means. \- Manage specific \& standard Logistics means loop for his/her internal \& external perimeter. 6\. Manage operational distribution activities \- Monitor, analyze the performance of the distribution solutions (Physical Flow vs IT Flow) and define action plan if needed using different IT tools. **SKILLS** Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
