Development support for Jira customization using Groovy We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Java and Groovy development to join our team and collaborate on application development and maintenance. You will be responsible for optimizing application performance, ensuring maximum speed and scalability to deliver a smooth and efficient user experience. Your role will be critical in proactively and swiftly resolving bugs and incidents, minimizing any impact on operational continuity. A key part of your role will involve providing development support for a highly customized Jira instance. This includes managing routine operations such as incidents, bugs, changes, and enhancements. You will work directly on maintaining, troubleshooting, and extending existing Jira customizations, leveraging your expertise in Java (Groovy) scripting. A solid academic background is required, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, along with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Java and Groovy development. An English proficiency level of B2\-C1\ is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development. Demonstrable experience using Groovy for system customization, especially in Jira. English proficiency level B2\-C1 (spoken and written), with the ability to actively participate in international meetings. Ability to optimize applications in terms of speed and scalability. Skill in efficiently diagnosing and resolving bugs and incidents. Aptitude for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
