We are looking for a person for the position of Gerocultor/a in a residential care facility for the elderly located in Priego, Cuenca. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in daily tasks they cannot perform independently. Main responsibilities include personal care, promoting individual and social autonomy, and active participation in their environment, always aiming for the well-being and improved quality of life of elderly individuals. We are seeking a person with vocation and sensitivity towards elderly care. We offer a temporary substitution contract with the possibility of continuation, full-time work with rotating day shifts (35 weekly hours) or fixed night shifts (38 weekly hours), and immediate incorporation. The salary complies with the applicable collective agreement, paid in 14 monthly installments. * Qualification as Nursing Assistant, Clinical Assistant, Socio-healthcare Assistant or similar, TCAE, or Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare Assistance for Dependent People in Social Institutions. * Food handling certificate. * Minimum of 3 months of experience in a similar role.
