




**Description:** ---------------- **07 HOTELS** A hotel group currently undergoing expansion and headquartered in Palma de Mallorca is seeking talent to join one of its hotels in the **Canary Islands, specifically in Lanzarote.** O7 Hotels is the hotel management division of World2Meet, comprising 3- and 4-star hotels designed for travelers to fully enjoy the best destinations, their way. ***FUNCTIONS*** The Sector Manager will report directly to the Head Waiter (Maitre) and Assistant Head Waiter (2nd Maitre) of the hotel. * Support the Head Waiter and Assistant Head Waiter in achieving set objectives through: * Supervision of staff * Assisting in procurement management—both raw materials and supplies—in line with available budgets * Supervising and supporting daily operations at point-of-sale outlets * Actively participating in daily operations as a reference figure within the team * Monitoring income and expenses at point-of-sale outlets to propose corrective and improvement measures * Tracking customer satisfaction indices for bars and restaurants * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the company’s quality plans and HACCP protocols * Keeping the work area clean and orderly * Customer service * Billing and collecting payments from customers, as well as reconciling point-of-sale and service settlements * Attending departmental meetings. If held on days off, leave, or vacation, read the minutes and inform oneself about topics discussed. * Attending training courses to which one is assigned * Complying with the company’s quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and data protection (LOPD) regulations, and collaborating with the hotel toward their continuous compliance and improvement. Build and maintain a cohesive, motivated team where everyone can contribute their experience to enhance the customer experience.
