Administrative Assistant for the Barnahus service managed by PrevenSI The Barnahus service aims to provide integrated treatment and recovery for child and adolescent victims of sexual abuse under one roof, in accordance with the European guidelines of the Promise Network. We are seeking an administrative assistant to take responsibility for the following tasks: · Management and organization of the director’s and technical team’s schedule · Management of documentation and case files archive · Telephone reception · Reception and welcoming of visitors to the service · Management of the service’s database and preparation of monthly reports Offered: - Permanent contract - Part-time schedule of 19 hours per week, Monday to Friday: Monday mornings (approx. 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.), and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons (3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) - Location: Terrassa - Gross monthly salary of 738 euros x 14 payments Requirements: · 2 years’ experience in administrative tasks · Advanced office software skills: Excel and database management · Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish · Discretion, empathy, flexibility, strong communication skills, initiative, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in a team Minimum Requirements: - 2 years’ experience in administrative tasks · Advanced office software skills: Excel and database management · Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish · Discretion, empathy, flexibility, strong communication skills, initiative, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in a team Specialization: - Technician in Administrative Management * Experience: 2 years · 2 years’ experience in administrative tasks · Advanced office software skills: Excel and database management · Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish · Discretion, empathy, flexibility, strong communication skills, initiative, organizational ability, and capacity to work effectively in a team * Medium-level Vocational Training Qualification (FP) * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (19 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary: 730
