At KAUMA, we are seeking to hire **2 draftspersons** to expand our Technical Office team. We are manufacturers of custom aluminum enclosure systems: bioclimatic pergolas, roofs, glass curtains, and other outdoor solutions. We seek individuals with a **solid technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail**, who wish to grow and gain autonomy within an industrial Technical Office. What will you do? Your work will be directly related to the technical development of our orders and their preparation for manufacturing: * Creation and modification of drawings in AutoCAD. * Technical development of orders and projects. * Interpretation of measurements and technical documentation. * Preparation of drawings, assembly diagrams, and manufacturing instructions. * Adaptation of our systems to the specific characteristics of each project. * Technical review of orders prior to transfer to production. * Resolution of technical requirements related to projects. * Technical support to Commercial, Production, and Installation departments. * Contact with customers and suppliers to resolve inquiries, request information, and coordinate technical aspects of projects. You will receive specific training on our products and systems, and initially work under the guidance of the technical team, with the goal of progressively taking full ownership of your own projects autonomously. What are we looking for? * Education in **Building Projects, Mechanical Manufacturing Design, Drafting**, or a related field. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * **Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers, suppliers, and other departments.** * Ability to learn technical procedures and solutions and apply them independently thereafter. **Prior experience is not mandatory.** We will especially value a solid technical foundation, learning ability, initiative, and potential to gain autonomy. Experience in aluminum carpentry, enclosures, metal structures, industrial manufacturing, or similar sectors will be considered an advantage.
