We are currently seeking to hire a **Study Technician** for an established company in the construction sector, with extensive experience in building projects. What will your responsibilities be? * Study and analysis of building projects for the preparation of technical and economic offers. * Review of quantity take-offs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparation of budgets and cost studies. * Analysis of technical alternatives and proposals for improvement to optimize costs and construction processes. * Preparation of documentation for tenders and competitions. * Coordination with technical, production, and procurement departments. * Monitoring and updating of price databases and market costs. What are we looking for? * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Study Technician in construction companies. * Knowledge of quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost analysis. * Proficient use of tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and planning abilities. * An organized, solution-oriented individual capable of working effectively in a team.
