Are you passionate about the construction industry? Gold Talent is seeking a Construction Site Manager for new building and comprehensive renovation projects in residential areas in Jumilla. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS: \- Coordinate the construction team. \- Daily planning of assigned tasks. \- Responsible for quality control, construction execution, and organization of material resources. \- Execute tasks correctly in collaboration with the Site Manager. \- Monitor, control, and report on scheduled deadlines. \- Safety/protection (control of PPE, Occupational Risk Prevention on site, etc.). \- Direct contact with clients and suppliers. The selected candidate must assume responsibility for all aspects mentioned above in daily site operations, demonstrating a proactive attitude, versatility, commitment, and enthusiasm for teamwork. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience of 2\-3 years in the described functions. * Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course and a valid driver's license.
