The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years’ experience as a **Platform Architect / DevOps Engineer**, including: * Solid experience in **DevOps and CI/CD environments**, with advanced knowledge of tools such as **Jenkins** (master and node administration, declarative pipeline design). * Experience with **Git and corporate repositories** (AWS CodeCommit, Azure Repos). * Advanced **Linux** knowledge. * Experience in **cloud environments**, especially AWS (EC2, CodeCommit, CodeArtifact) and Azure. * Experience in **automation and operation of critical platforms**. * Knowledge of **security applied to development**, vulnerability analysis, and technological risk management. * Holistic understanding of **platform architecture** and best design practices. * Technical leadership capability, decision-making ability, and critical problem-solving skills. * Teamwork ability and effective communication with clients, technical teams, and business units. * Sufficient English proficiency to conduct professional conversations and attend occasional meetings. * Availability to attend the office punctually. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Platform Architecture and DevOps**: Design, implement, and evolve corporate DevOps platforms, ensuring their scalability, stability, and security. * **Key Tools Administration**: Advanced management of Jenkins (infrastructure and pipelines), plus maintenance, monitoring, and updates of tools such as SonarQube, Nexus, and OpenGrok. * **Repository and Access Control Management**: Administration of repositories in AWS CodeCommit and Azure Repos, ensuring sound code governance practices. * **Technical Consulting and Coordination**: Serve as the technical point of contact for development and product teams, defining solutions aligned with corporate architecture. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration**: Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Communications, and Planning departments to ensure proper execution of initiatives. * **Incident Management and Support**: Resolution of critical incidents, advanced support, and maintenance of critical services. * **Security and Compliance**: Perform vulnerability analysis, define remediation plans, execute quality analysis (Kiuwan), and support audits and regulatory compliance. * **Leadership and Cross-Functional Management**: Lead technical initiatives, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across diverse teams. * **Vendor Management**: Participate in RFPs, technical evaluation of vendors, and management of contracts and licenses. * **Platform Evolution**: Participate in transformation projects such as migration from legacy Jenkins, migration to Jira Cloud, and decommissioning of corporate platforms.
