Responsibilities: As Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, optimizing resources, and promoting continuous improvement. This role is critical to the organization, as you will directly contribute to achieving its strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: \- Supervising and coordinating production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. \- Managing work teams, fostering motivation and professional development. \- Monitoring material and human resources, ensuring their efficient use. \- Implementing production process improvements and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations. \- Analyzing production KPIs and preparing reports to support decision-making.
