Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a person to coordinate the projects and processes area within a socio-healthcare organization with over 30 years of experience in the Valencian Community. Their mission will be to lead the strategic management of projects and grants, as well as drive internal process improvement and organizational development. They will join a team of 25 professionals, reporting to the General Management and collaborating closely with all departments. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in project and grant management is required, including formulation, planning, monitoring, and technical and financial justification. Familiarity with public funding procedures and a university degree are mandatory, preferably in the social or socio-healthcare field. Postgraduate training in related areas and advanced proficiency in office software—especially Excel—are also valued. Responsibilities include formulating projects and grants, coordinating their justification, supervising implementation, and analyzing results. The role also entails promoting planning and continuous improvement, as well as coordinating cross-cutting initiatives such as equality or sustainability. A temporary contract is offered with a salary between 30\.000 and 36\.000 euros.
