Description

Full-time kitchen position. Rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday, combining morning and split shifts. Duties include recording APPCC control results and observed incidents, complying with food handling regulations. You must also maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storerooms, clean facilities, equipment, appliances, utensils, and furniture according to the established plan, and document these activities. Prepared products are labeled and stored correctly, using the personal protective equipment indicated for job-related hazards. Temporary contract.
