As part of the Supply Chain team, based in the store and reporting to the Order Coordinator and the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will be: * Execute order picking and preparation in picking carts with maximum attention to detail and precision to avoid product shortages and/or overages. * Apply established quality controls for each product type (temperature, expiration date, presentation, etc.), ensuring product condition and preservation. * Report product stockouts or discrepancies in-store and/or in the back-of-store area (if applicable). * Report any incidents occurring during order preparation to the Order Coordinator. * Resolve incidents by following the established procedure (e.g., substitution, restocking, price adjustment, product replacement, etc.). * Record each action taken during order preparation and upon completion, using the terminal.
