Basic stock control and food preservation At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the holiday and camping resort sector in Spain, we are looking to hire **a Kitchen Assistant** for our Alannia Costa Blanca team (Crevillente, Alicante): **Responsibilities** * Assistance in dish preparation and cooking. * Cleaning, cutting, and preparing ingredients. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and utensils. * Receiving and storing goods. * Basic stock control and food preservation. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Supporting the kitchen team during service. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Agility, organization, and a proactive attitude. * Flexible availability. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Commitment and punctuality. * **Own vehicle required due to the campsite's location.** Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
