High-reach retractable forklift operator

Description

A person is to be hired for the logistics and warehouse department to operate the high-reach retractable forklift. Main responsibilities include loading, unloading, and correctly positioning goods, as well as supplying raw materials to production lines to prevent stoppages. Order preparation (picking) and dispatch of finished products will also be carried out, with special attention paid to each customer's specific requirements. Inventory control and overall warehouse organization will be conducted to maintain an orderly workplace. Strict compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations is essential, fostering a preventive working environment. A proactive and collaborative attitude is required to support the team in daily tasks. This is a full-time temporary position. Efficiency and meticulousness are essential qualities for operating effectively in a high-product-turnover environment, ensuring quality at every logistical process. A valid high-reach retractable forklift operator license is required; the corresponding certification must be provided. At least one year of demonstrable experience operating this type of forklift fluently in logistics or industrial settings is necessary, along with residence near the workplace. Additionally, availability to work split shifts and immediate commencement in the role is required.
