Main responsibilities include answering or making calls to customers, advising them on mobile, landline, and internet telecommunication services, listening to their needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure a positive experience in every conversation. Candidates should be dynamic, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
