Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Receptionist to ensure an excellent guest experience and security at the hotel entrance. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite contract with immediate start Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Welcome guests and process check-in. * Provide information about the hotel and its services. * Resolve complaints. * Maintain the hotel entrance in perfect condition. * Follow all departmental procedures and standards. * Communicate and report all incidents to the next shift. * Monitor guest entry and exit from the hotel. * Ensure guest well-being and safety. * Know all rooms, facilities, and services of the hotel to deliver excellent service to guests. * Create memorable moments for guests. * Perform end-of-day closing procedures. * Process check-out and bid farewell to guests. Requirements: Essential: * Minimum education: Vocational Training (Intermediate Level). * Resident in the Maresme area (near Calella de Mar). * Intermediate computer skills. * Proficiency in Spanish. * Intermediate–advanced English level. * Proactive, flexible, creative, responsible person with excellent communication skills, organized and solution-oriented. Desirable: * Experience in the same or similar position. * Hotel industry experience. * Advanced Catalan language skills. Indefinite contract. Immediate start.
