Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and refine candidate profiles. Design talent attraction strategies and conduct proactive sourcing. Manage recruitment tools and candidate databases. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience across all stages of the process. Participate in employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of the function. Attend job fairs, university career days, and other talent acquisition events. Participate in corporate photo shoots, events, internal or external videos, and employer branding activities. Collaborate on internal communication initiatives related to talent and culture. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes. Support administrative tasks within the department as required. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in recruitment and personnel selection, preferably within the professional services sector. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous recruitment processes and work under pressure. * Familiarity with current digital recruitment tools and platforms. * Attention to detail and analytical skills to assess candidate suitability. **Benefits** -------------- Intensive working hours on Fridays and during summer months.
