Job Summary: We are seeking a construction site watchman to conduct photographic reports and prepare detailed task descriptions at various construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Preparing detailed task descriptions We are looking for a skilled worker for the position of construction site watchman. The work will be carried out in Almudévar, Zuera, and Fuentes de Ebro, within the province of Zaragoza. At least two years of proven prior experience on construction sites is required, along with a valid Class B driving license. Main responsibilities include conducting photographic reports and preparing detailed written descriptions of tasks carried out at various construction sites. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:00\. The monthly net salary is €1,200, supplemented by two non-pro-rated annual bonus payments. The company will provide the necessary vehicle for travel; if the employee chooses to use their own vehicle, the corresponding mileage allowance will be paid.
