Participation in subcontractor qualification **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking for a Subcontracting and Procurement Technician for its facility dedicated to the assembly and testing of electronic equipment located in Zamudio (Bizkaia). As part of Ingeteam Electronics, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of subcontracted companies, managing and resolving potential incidents to ensure compliance with stipulated deadlines, quality, and cost, as well as guaranteeing material requirements for manufacturing at previously established dates and quantities. The selected candidate will join our offices in Zamudio to perform the following duties: Responsibilities: * Management of external manufacturing capacities. * Bid management. * Maintenance of updated costs in the management system. * Coordination with the warehouse for managing preparation loads for subcontractors. * Ensuring delivery deadlines for subcontracted tasks based on planning. * Coordination and supervision of subcontractor work and resolution of potential incidents. * Participation in the subcontractor qualification process and periodic validation that required means, resources, and training/qualifications are available for the operations and processes to be performed by the company. * Accompanying customers to subcontractors when required. * Proposing improvement actions. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Knowledge of components and products in the electrical/electronic and mechanical sectors. * Negotiation skills. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. * Proficiency in Excel and Office applications. * SAP knowledge. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
