What would your responsibilities be? * **Manage client relationships**, analyze monthly client profitability, and manage changes. * **Service delivery oversight**: Coordinate the Service Managers team responsible for ensuring service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, managing and monitoring execution of required activities. Also ensure timely delivery of incident reports, improvement plans, and eventual correction or development of processes and procedures. * **Management and coordination of assigned teams**, including task planning and distribution across the team. * **High-level project planning and management across all aspects**, and decision-making aligned with project objectives. * **Project budget management.** **Requirements** What qualifications do we expect? * University degree or equivalent (preferably in technical disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in an equivalent or similar role. * English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent. * Experience managing project scope, work teams, and involved organizations. * Risk management and management of required resources. * Requirements elicitation, planning, execution, control, and quality assurance of projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary work teams. * Residence in the Basque Country and/or surrounding areas, as some on-site presence in the region is required to support the client and service. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** ‍ Company-sponsored training program to support your continued professional development and advancement within your personalized career path. ✍ Permanent contract and job stability.
