Job Description: Within our Human Resources department, we are seeking two interns to support the Iberia HR team. They will receive role-specific training and progressively participate in departmental tasks, including recruitment processes—both for future talent for headquarters positions and for stores across Spain & Portugal. Their responsibilities will include: Supporting the hiring process—from defining staffing needs to pre-screening applications. Participating in telephone and in-person interviews and drafting corresponding reports. Tracking hiring files until candidate onboarding (administrative follow-up, reference checks, etc.). Providing support and guidance to operational managers during their hiring activities. Optimizing our recruitment tools. Depending on their engagement in the role, they will progressively be involved in various departmental missions: recruitment events, employer branding development, and collaboration with educational institutions, etc. These missions may evolve according to departmental needs. Profile: You share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and proximity. You are committed to environmental issues and CSR. You hold a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field, and you are interested in the HR field. You can sign a training agreement with your educational institution. Your experience has enabled you to develop responsiveness and customer service orientation. You possess strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone. You are naturally curious, proactive, and creative. You enjoy cross-functional work and demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and discretion in successfully completing your tasks. Lastly, you have a high level of proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or English. Portuguese is a plus.
