Description

We are looking for a Hotel Host to join the team at Eunice Hotel Gastronómico. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate table assignments, and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. You will be responsible for creating a hospitable experience and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Salamanca. Requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. * Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and address guest needs with empathy and professionalism. * Valid driver's license. * Fluent spoken and written English. * Ability to manage sales and enhance the gastronomic experience by providing appropriate recommendations. * Proactive attitude and willingness to participate in internal training to support professional development. Salary: €14,208.00–€18,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
