Job Summary: We are seeking an olive mill and table olive processing operator responsible for production campaigns, packaging, and maintenance in Villafranca de los Barros. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development within a young project We need an operator for a table olive mill and processing facility in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz). Main responsibilities include: participating in the table olive campaign (brining, fermentation, and processing); the olive oil mill campaign (reception, grinding, and extraction); packaging of olive oil and table olives; preventive and corrective maintenance; repair of pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment; and basic industrial electrical tasks. We seek a candidate with knowledge of basic mechanics and electricity, possessing a positive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to learn. Prior experience in olive mills or table olive processing facilities, as well as training in the agri-food industry, will be valued. Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, year-round, except during campaign periods when shift work and Saturday shifts apply.
