**Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation work, seeks to hire 4 Forestry Foremen/Forewomen \- Logistical Support for Prevention (Castellón) **Workplace** -------------------- * Castellón and the Province of Castellón **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks to be carried out, in coordination with technical staff and supervisors. * Monitor personnel performance and sign off on required reports. * Train team members in assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations concerning occupational safety, quality, and worksite signage; responsible for briefing newly hired personnel. * Assume responsibility for warehouse logistics and cover field supervisor absences. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either by passing evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university certificate (BUP or COU), or vocational training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), or an equivalent qualification officially recognized in Spain. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license class B, currently in force. * Training and/or work experience—under employment or academic contracts—in forestry/agricultural fields. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course of 60 hours or 50 hours qualifying the candidate as a preventive resource (certificate must be attached during registration). * Trainer-of-Trainers course or related qualification (certificate must be attached during registration). * Additional training of at least 2\.000 hours in forestry/agricultural fields (certificate must be attached during registration). ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 1 year performing duties as a foreman/supervisor or in similar roles, preferably in forestry projects supervising teams (verified during technical assessment). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Work and/or academic experience as a Foreman/Forewoman or in similar roles within the Public Sector (submit employment history during registration). * Experience using and/or maintaining forestry machinery (evaluated during technical assessment). **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, 09/07/2026, until 23/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
