At Serunion, a collective catering company with over 30 years of experience in the sector and a market leader, we are seeking staff with experience in collective catering. We offer you the opportunity to support our colleagues in the Health \- Social division in Valencia. What are we looking for? As you know, by joining our team, you will have the chance to apply your culinary knowledge in center facilities. We are seeking a Cook (Health, Social and/or Elderly Care). Responsibilities - Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. - Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. - Monitor inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as needed. - Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. - Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. - Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. ### **Requirements** Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. Proven experience as a cook for at least 2 years, preferably in collective catering or similar environments. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and/or workplace hygiene standards (HACCP). Ability to work efficiently and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced work environment. Problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities. Personal vehicle and/or willingness to commute to the workplace. Teamwork orientation. Flexible availability. ### **We Offer** Temporary replacement contract covering June, July, August, September, and/or October, with potential for permanent integration into the workforce. Rotating work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week, and morning and/or afternoon shifts (7:00–14:00; 14:00–21:00\). Part-time position.
